Changing Site Association is Causing big commerce store to 404

I have a site hogsaddle.com and built a new version of it, I just changed site association in the Domains section to the new site and hogsaddle.com looks good but my big commerce store at http://stores.hogsaddle.com/ is now 404ing. What can I do to resolve this?
