Hidden Keywords?

...As I edit format in the mobile version, I find I have to "hide" quite a bit of long descriptive content that is on my desktop version or it would look CRAZY (I am rebuilding my SiteBuilder website in the new WebBuilder).  My question is... will I lose the keyword value that I have on desktop when people are searching on a mobile/smart phone?
