In my website http://segurosmarket.homestead.com/GASTOS-MEDICOS-MAYORES.html the confirmation of The form is not working, Supuestamente tendría que aparecer como confirmación la siguiente página https://segurosmarket.homestead.com/recibo-formulario.html
Instead of appearing correctly an error appears and I already verified it on two computers and on the cell phone when sending the form

Hello,
There was an issue with the DNS that was causing your domain to not work, and the form was redirecting to the domain. I have corrected this and the form should be working now.
