We NEED Email outage answers..................NOW!

We Need answers.................NOW. I have lost 3 clients over this issue. Is Intuit going to reimburse me for this? I think not.............the least we could get would be answers or a solution. If this is the way a supposed Tech company handles technical issues, I have to wonder about them completely. This is coming from a 10 year customer who has had IT!
