That Was It! When the accounts were migrated to roundcube the 'pw' requirements were changed. None of the old 'pws' worked from my end anymore. That should be one of the first things checked when this problem arises again.
The pws were outdated, preventing me from adding the accounts to my new OL365 accounts lists.
