Submit button will work, but the thank you page does not allow them to go back
After a person clicks submit button it redirects them to a thank you confirmation page. The Button on the page says "Back" but if you click it to says connection failed.

I'm having the same issue on this form (http://www.maggiewalshlmt.com/Blank.html). Once the user hits submit, the received message appears along with the Back button. However, hitting back gives an error and sends the user to this URL:
https://www.homestead.com/~site/siteapps/CustomFormSubmission.action
error message below:
This site can’t be reached
maggiewalshlmt.com refused to connect.
