Received E-mails MISSING

I viewed my e-mails this morning and went back to view them and they were all gone! How can I find out if this is a system issue. I need my e-mails back.

Hello, 

Can you please check Roundcube directly and confirm that they're missing there? If they are, we can look into email restoration services.

@elyzabethv​ - With much effort was able to finally contact a "service technician" with Roundcube and was informed they had no idea what I was talking about. There was no "system glitch" that they were aware of and that the e-mails, if gone, are permanently gone and there is nothing they are able to do.

Which email address was it that contents were lost? We can set up a courtesy restore to try to get those back.
