Problem with contact form

Thank you for your response, I think it is happening on both websites.  www.jms-engravingandetching and on www.jmseande.com.

I don't know how long this has been happening  and didn't realize it until I spoke with someone who called me on the phone.

Hmm. Ok, so those are two different builders, with completely separate contact forms. So, I would have to imagine it might be the email that is either blocking the emails or sending them to spam. I would recommend checking spam or even adding the email address the form submissions come from to your contacts.

I checked my spam and didn't find anything. I really don't know what I am doing.  is There any way to talk with someone while I am in front of my computer? or is there a tutorial on how to set the contact pag up?  I have questions about the two sites and whether It is advisable to keep both.
