PROBLEM RECEIVING EMAIL FROM GOVERNMENT SECURE SITE. PRIORITY!
I have a huge issues. I am renewing my government contracts with the US Government. The problem is I am not receiving emails when it comes specifically to the part of the renewal process that they send me an email with a one time password that I must use to proceed with the registration. I've tried it numerous times and that email does not come thru to my email account. (sales@meshbelt.com). We've troubleshooted, tried from different browsers. The us gov opened a ticket on their end, and below is steps on how to resolve this issue.

1. Create a ticket with your IT (Admin) department
2. Let them know they need to remove "Sam.gov" & "donotreply@sam.gov" from their email drop list/phishing list, as this is preventing you from receiving important SAM.gov email notifications
3. Once your IT (Admin) department has successfully done so, reattempt your Entity Registration process
4. Hopefully, you have now been able to register your Entity at this step

Sorry I left off half of their email on how to resolve. See below:
We have worked closely with a small group of users with the exact same issue you have described, troubleshooting to find out what exactly may be going on in these cases. Fortunately, we have had success!
We have confirmed the "OTP" email notification has never had an issue being sent to users from SAM.gov's end. It appears the "OTP" email notifications haven't been reaching user's electronic mailboxes due to their workplace's "Email Domain/IT" email restrictions. In summary, SAM.gov is sending the "OTP" emails, however your organization may be blocking them, preventing you from ever seeing them.
Please see the steps below for a resolution.

I'm looking in our system and I'm not seeing any blocked or bounced messages from sam.gov to sales@meshbelt.com.
