Why did you not notify us in advance of necessary changes to email settings? I couldn't access email on my iPhone, so I went to your website to learn of the changes. It would have been much better service if you had notified us of EXACTLY when that change would take place. I did get an email from you....in my SPAM folder! and it was sent AFTER the change had been made and I couldn't access the email! Not too bright. Plus, a few people who I exchange emails with are now going into Spam, which I can only see on my phone. Frustration continues.
