Not receiving Emails

I'm not receiving the majority of my emails today and I thought it was because of the holiday, but it turns out that I'm not getting emails that were actually sent to me. It is not just one client but all of them. Is the server being worked on or is something else going on at homestead? This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last few months.
