Needing to check our records for email DNS settings.

As the records shown can not all be used since only one A record can be used within our DNS settings. The first MX (A) record was used and our emails are still not working. Is there another way or how can we resolve this? Our site was running well for 3 years until they had to redirect the name servers which then created our email issue.
