Moving emails with domain transfer to Homestead

We successfully moved our domain from Yahoo Small Business over to Homestead yesterday. Our emails with Yahoo were all We cancelled our account with Yahoo yesterday and today, we cannot receive any email but can send. The company has had a service with Microsoft managing the emails prior to us moving the domain. Microsoft supposedly ran the email service parallel to the Yahoo ones. Does our email manager need the DNS settings with Homestead to get the emails working again?
