I keep getting a notification that I'm at 90% of my limit on emails BUT I'M NOT!

I have received the following email message from "postmaster@acuitymentalhealth.com":

"Your mailbox has a limit to the number of emails it can contain and is now 90% full, out of a limit of 10000 messages. Please be sure to delete or archive old email messages to ensure delivery of new messages. Remember to empty your Trash Folder as it also counts in your email quota."

The problem is that I am only at 62% on my main email account (cwestcott@acuitymentalhealth.com) and only 1% on my other email account (info@acuitymentalhealth.com). I only have the two accounts, so can somebody please explain what is going on? I'm afraid that I will stop getting emails if the system shows that I am at my limit.
