I have one email address that the email will not forward. I have 8 altogether.

I have one email account that the email will not forward. It's not spam, it works on the others, just not an additional one. I am having it forwarded to another one in my account. How can I fix that? It's important for my business, I need to make sure my customers are taken care of.
