Emails not being delivered

So many of my customer emails are either being sent to their spam folder or not being delivered. Can someone please help us out?  I'm reading other posts about a TXT record - I would not know how or where to do that?

Unfortunately, since we don't have control over your DNS, I cannot update this information for you. You would need to log into your Cloudflare account, go to the DNS tab, and update the records in this article:
