Emails not being delivered

I am having issues/complaints about customers saying they are sending emails and we are not receiving them. My customers have checked with their IT departments and confirmed emails are being delivered to our domain (@hotelcreditassociation.com) however these emails are not making it to my Outlook inbox. They have sent Microsoft images showing successful delivery which even gives the name/ip address of the server. (mx.hotelcreditassociation.com at 66.96.140.52)
