Emails going to Junk… again
My emails from my business are going to Junk/Spam for many of my contacts. This was happening last year and then someone with IT did something and it corrected the problem. Now, it is happening again.
Can you please help?

Ongoing problem. We lose customers due to them thinking we don't reply to their messages. Frustrating. Currently looking at other options.

Hello,
It looks like they updated your TXT SPF record, which would have helped with Gmail specifically. Are you seeing this happen with any specific email service like Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc?

It’s happening generally on a corporate level. Cepa.com and .us type emails.
