Emails are saying full

Delete trash doesn’t work. Cleaning out deleted files not working. Email full and bouncing. I’ve gone and tried to upgrade my email as well to 10 gb and it won’t let it says error

Thank you, I was able to add the storage upgrade but will ticket for the trash folder not clearing.

The ticket shows resolved. Please double check that the quota was upgraded and removing items from the trash is functional.
