Email issues

We have set up an email with Roundcube, but are unable to send or receive emails. We are not forwarding to any other mailbox. Email address is info@bethegiftne.com. Please advise.

@elyzabethv​ Yes. It says "Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to info@bethegift.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

To expect reliable email service, you would want to either use just Homestead's, or just Google's. We can point your email records back to Homestead, but that would cause an interruption with a Google email address you may have.

@todd_h​ So you are saying that it would create issues with the Gmail account in general, or just for Homestead services and correspondence? I am confused as to why both emails can't coexist without interference.

You currently have DNS for both Homestead and Google. This gives conflicting information to your domain as to where to get the email service.

Actually, it looks like you have conflicting DNS for email. You have both Homestead and Google records. Which email service are you trying to use?
