Email Forwarding is Not Working
We need to forward our emails from one homestead account to another. We've successfully used forwarding when an employee leaves and we forward their email to another employee. However, we are doing a name change, still using homestead. It will not forward the emails to the new email addresses. We need our customers to utilize the new email addresses and we don't want our employees having to worry with too many email accounts being opened and cluttering their screen or wasting their time by scrolling through several account.
