Email Certificate not working

I'm not recieving email in Outlook for the last 2 weeks. I'm using Imap and the latest version of outlook. I can see messages on my iphone and roundcube. Initially I saw a message when trying to repair my outlook account that the certificate was not validated. I now get the following message:


Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for info@carltonsmithmusic.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for info@carltonsmithmusic. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I get the same message for my other email as well.
