Email address vs full account access

I have set up 5 email addresses for use with our company domain.  Is there a way to block some of these people from having the ability to access my full Homestead account features when they log in to check their email?  When I logged in with mine, I was able to navigate thru my entire account before entering my email password and being transferred to Roundcube
