email account on iphone

I am able to receive incoming emails to my homestead email account but when I reply and send I get a message that the server is rejecting my email address.  I have called Verizon and they can't help.  They said I need to contact my server provider.  Can you please help?!!! This is a business email account and I need to be able to replay and send from this account via my iphone!  Any setup help is greatly appreciated!
