DNS changes per Homestead support tech not working.
I changed my DNS settings for my email LIKE THE HOMESTEAD TECH told me to. He said to wait 24-48 hours. It is STILL not working. I can send emails but do not see any that are returned or sent directly. The account is www.New-BrookShire-HOA.com and the email is info@new-brookshire-hoa.com.

Are you checking your email directly through Roundcube? Or through an email client like Outlook?

I am replying in case it helps someone else in the future. What I found out is you can NOT use the mail forwarding option inside the Homestead site anymore. I have done that for 10 years and for some reason it doesn't work anymore. The way around it is to sign into the ROUNDCUBE mail account (Homestead default mail server) and select SETTINGS- FILTERS- "+" sign (bottom of page)- Create Filter Name- All messages- Send a copy to (in drop down)- Add the forwarding email address and select SAVE.
The issue was NOT the DNS. For some reason the forwarding option inside the Homestead Mail section forwards the mail INSTEAD of saving a copy AND forwarding it. Again, I have created 50+ email accounts using the MAIL section in the Homestead site and it has never been an issue. Something has changed... But at least there is a workaround.
