customer response mail in Junk folder

I have started to find response e-mails from customers with RE: in subject line showing up in my junk mail. Also getting a lot more junk mail than before. Hate to think any customer correspondence is being diverted from my inbox or worse yet blocked from either inbox or junk mail. The volume of of misdirected mail has increased over the last two weeks.
