Can send but Not Receive Emails. Is my account being routed under a different domain name?

customer is not receiving emails. Same customer is receiving emails from the same account and says that nothing under our domain name is being blacklisted. Their IT guy asks that we request if our provider is routing our address as something else. They think that it is possible our domain is being blocked under a different domain. Please let me know. This is the only customer I am having a problem with, but a very important one in our business
