Anyone have any idea when they email issues will be straightened out?
The other day I contacted support about duplicate emails, today my clients are not getting emails from me. I can not do business this way!!! Ever since October of last year, I have had issue after issue with the email and don't get me started on the website. I don't even update the website anymore because it was becoming such a challenge. It's time to take my business elsewhere, however that is so much work that I have no time for this...I am so very frustrated! I contact customer service and who I get doesn't understand what I am talking about probably because they don't speak fluent English!
