Wrong site

I made some edits on http://hstrial-rdonnelly.homestead.com/~local/~Preview/index.html, but my website is https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/ and the edits do not show up there? How do I make my edits go to https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/ ? Do I need a login in that goes to that site? This all got real confusing when you did the changes a couple of years ago.

I pointed my site to hstrial-RDonnelly and it wont load, and I pointed to new2001refrigerationhvac

Now I get no matter where I point it: 

This site can’t be reached2001refrigerationhvac.com refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please get this working for me, as I no longer have a website.

I need this site http://hstrial-rdonnelly.homestead.com/ to overwrite https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/ as I changed my email address.

Is there anyway that I can directly edit https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/ so I don't have to go through these problems every time?

Okay I figured out how to edit https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/ but the edits after save and publish do not show up on the website https://2001refrigerationhvac.com/

Also, if I refresh the site, it gets an error:

This site can’t be reached2001refrigerationhvac.com refused to connect.
Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
