What does this mean in my WhoIs Lookup results: Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited

I'm still/again having issues with my website forms that are being sent in my email.  I use Zoho for my email provider.  I receive multiple copies of the same incoming emails many times.  Today I received 4 copies of the same form submission from my Contact form.  I've looked up the WhoIs information as I read from another post, and this is what comes up.  Is this what's causing this persistent problem?  Website is http://www.studdogcentral.com.  Both the forms on the LIST YOUR STUD page and the CONTACT page do this.
