Transferring my Domain
I am having difficulty in transferring my domain. When I attempt to "Verify" the domain (step 1 in the Homestead process), I get an error message and am instructed to open a "help ticket". However, when I click on the link provided to being that process, nothing happens (no window opens, etc.). I need to get this transfer taken care of and have been trying for days. Any insight on the issue or how to get a hold of tech support at Homestead would be appreciated. Thank you.
