Transfer domain

I've tried for two weeks. When I go to domain transfer authorization code I get "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later." Super frustrating. I need to transfer my domain.

I would recommend you update your domain contact information, even if it is correct before you try again. It is likely that it just hasn't been updated in a while and the system is running into an error:
