Somebody Stole My Website...

I was informed my domain name and website have expired as of 2/17/2015. I contacted Homestead on Monday, 2-16-2015 and was told everything was fine and that I would be billed in March 2015 for $7.99 per month. Why has this happened? Please advise what my next option is. Thank You! Dave Husemann
