Security shouldn't be this hard.

Trying to secure my website using Cloudflare and HTTPS. Followed all of the steps exactly, but still not on https after a full week. Why do I have to do any of this? Isn't it Homestead's job to provide security for my site? I can't even use my email on my phone, as the lack of security causes my iPhone to go into an infinite warning pop-up loop. And why can't I find a customer service contact? Your sign-up page boasts "World Class Support". I think I've had enough.
