ON HOLD!!!!!!

I've officially been on hold with Homestead for 29 minutes and counting ... Not even a human voice yet to tell me sorry for the long wait or an automated message saying anything.

This is the 2nd call I've made today with NO SUCCESS!!
Shame on you HOMESTEAD!!

What the heck has happened to your excellent service when I signed up years ago??
This is highly unacceptable!
