My domain and associated email address is no longer working!!!

The site cannot be found and I am no longer receiving emails from my clients.  I have reviewed my account and everything is current and up to date.  I checked the settings in domain manager and the settings do not seem correct, but I am not sure what they should be.  I also noticed that the email address that I have been using for years was no longer in the system.  It is the only email address associated with the domain.  I recreated the email address, but the mail is still returned because the server cannot be located.
