I need to transfer my domain name back to Homestead

Our website is hosted by another company.  Our e-mail is hosted by Homestead.  We are closing our business and will be taking down our website.  But we want to keep our e-mail.  I previously received instructions from Homestead and got the needed information from the website company to transfer the domain name back to Homestead. 

However, when I go into DOMAINS to start making changes, ALL the screens have lots of RED LETTER WARNINGS saying only make changes if you are an experience user.  I am NOT an experience user.  Is it possible to set up a call with Homestead tech support to help me make the changes?  Or can I e-mail the info from the website company to somebody who can make the changes?

I do not want to screw up our e-mail service.
