I did not receive the email to confirm my new domain name registrations.

The email I did get says that I should have gotten a previous email to confirm the registration which I did not - of course checked my spam folder as well.  It says if I did not get it (10 to be exact) then my new domain names could be suspended and have to be reactivated.  So what can I do ?
