Domain transfer failed. Page at Homestead to get further instructions doesn't fully load

I am trying to transfer a domain to Homestead. I made sure the registrar info was updated, the domain unlocked and the privacy set to public. Got the authorization code and thought everything was okay. Waiting on Tucows to make it official and then I get an email that said the transfer had failed and to click a link in the email to contact Homestead. All it does on that page is 3 dots trying to load the rest of the page which is where I assume I can get the info I need to complete the transfer. Could it possibly be that because yesterday was a holiday that no one is available to complete the transfer, either at Tucows or Homestead? The domain is business domain and I would really like to get it transferred and put on the website I just built.
