Desktop Sitebuilder still doesn't work.

Looking on your system status, it says"  Notification: December 11, 2014, Connection issue with Sitebuilder and customer sites(Resolved)"         ...Still cannot connect to desk top site builder...problem is not resolved.  Called support, they also say problem is not resolved.    Can I get an update please?
