Client Hold - Status

Our website is not working. Payment is current.  When I do a WhoIs lookup the domain status is Client Hold.  What is causing this?

Hi,

Thanks for the response elyzabethv.

The contact information was updated on 8/16.  The domain status is still showing ClientHold and the site is still down. 

What else can be done?

Are you able to call 1-800-710-1998? We may be able to prompt that email to be sent to you on our end. The verification needs to be completed via email.
