As of today, I can no longer send or receive emails through my domain

As of today, when I try to log in to my domain email through Roundcube Webmail, I keep getting the following error: "Invalid request! No data was saved."  I tried checking my mail on my phone, but it, too, is unable to log on.  The password has not been changed.

I got an email a few weeks ago that my domain was about to expire and the renew it, but it never said HOW to renew it.  Could that be the problem?  If so, how do I fix it?  I checked my account, and I've been paying $2 per month for my domain; I thought that took care of it as long as I kept paying it???

Help!  This is for my small business, I desperately need email access right away.  Thank you!
