Advanced DNS settings are inaccessible

I am trying to access the Advanced DNS settings and for the past week, I've been seeing the following error: "It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."
When can we expect resolution on this? I need to access these settings ASAP.
