Will I ever get all the missed emails (during the repair) from Homestead?

Another 8 days of not knowing who is trying to email me is BAD.

It is even worse if you are not capturing all these emails and sending them to me when you get things fixed.

Will that be the case? Or, are you losing all these inbounds?

Why haven't you emailed every user indicating there are problems?

It seems ridiculous that there is so little information being shared to all the hmail users.

Hurricane Irene and Sandy taught the east coast utility companies how to be communicative. Intuit needs to communicate more effectively.
