Why do I need Adobe Flash Player 8 (or above) to view stats?

I have a windows 10 operating system. My website is fancissprout.com. When I sign-in to the website manager and click on view stats and visitor profiles or any of the other "traffic charts," I get a page indicating  that "You need Adobe Flash Player 8 or above to view charts. You can download it here." I have downloaded the Flash Player but nothing changes. Please help me correct the problem.
