Unable to Import HTML Files

Currently unable to import .HTML files.  Was able to do so previously.  Can also currently import other file types (e.g., .PDF).  Get error code 0x39 when trying to import .HTML files.

Spoke to a tech person at Homestead help desk.  Suggestion was to clear browser cache and reboot PC.  Did this to no avail.

Hello,

We are currently experiencing a known issue with the editor that may be the cause. Once we get that resolved, if you're still experiencing this issue, I'll look into this.

Ok.  Still unable to import HTML files as of this response.  And our website hasn't been reachable on Internet at times either.

Still unable to import HTML files as of this response.  Will financial compensation be voluntarily provided for the financial loss being incurred for this debacle?

@robert7914They didn't offer compensation for the last fiasco, and I doubt they will this time. They are a rotten to the core company.

Well, as of this response, we can again import HTML files.

I find it both disappointing and troubling that changes are not made offline and given adequate usability testing prior to putting them online and creating this level of dysfunction to corporate websites.  Seems both incompetent and negligent.
