troubleshooting Windows 7 and old site.

I have an old sitebuilder site - it was working fine on this computer. Now some of the elements are missing and when I try to login the login in box is blank and does not respond to anything I do. I have windows 7 - I have uninstalled it and downloaded the correct version and I up dated my java. It still does not work. Any ideas?
