Sitebuilder not working

When logging in as usual, SiteBuilder displays a window:

"There has been an error logging in.
Please double-check your username and password.

If you have any questions, Please contact Customer Support."

However, when I log in at, I don't have problems using the same login information.

Uninstalled SiteBuilder, downloaded it from, installed it again...
same problem.

Is it a glitch in the system or...  ?
