SERVER FAILURE AT HOMESTEAD CAUSING CUSTOMER WEBSITE ISSUES
Will I be credited for the loss of business I do not receive due to the failure of Homestead to correct this issue? I was in the process of updating my site when the server failed and now one of my webpages is completely gone and images on others fail to load. Homestead customer support is a failure at all levels as their service is non-existent and support miserable. I expect this issue will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I do see however that long term customer loyalty with this company means nothing.
