post a page on facebook

Hi

On a lot of web services. I can simply take the url of a page and add it as a Facebook post. FB then grabs the tittle and text and image and puts everything in the right place for a correctly formatted post. I can then edit the title.

Why can ́t I do this with homestead, or how do I do it.

I have a property store, so want to post property pages.

Is there a workaround?
